PAYMENT OF FIRST YEAR'S ANNUAL DUES MUST BE RECEIVED BY ELECTRIC CITY KENNEL CLUB PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE FOR MEMBERSHIP. ($10.00 FOR SINGLE MEMBERSHIP, $15.00 FOR JOINT MEMBERSHIP). DUES WILL BE REFUNDED IF NOT ACCEPTED FOR MEMBERSHIP FOR ANY REASON.

If accepted for membership to the ELECTRIC CITY KENNEL CLUB, I agree to abide by the rules of the American Kennel Club and the By-Laws of the ECKC.
Applicant must attend 3 regular ECKC meetings prior to membership approval. Meetings are held at 7:30 pm on second Wednesday of every month, in the downstairs meeting room of the Amigo Lounge, 1200 7th St S., Great Falls, Montana.
